LoL…. welcome to the morning! I did 4 miles this morning with my work running group. BTW just found out that all the restaurants we eat at our DVC Membership gets us 10% discount! Anything helps right…. 🙂
Great job getting up and getting it done before work! Mornings are so calm and peaceful, especially watching the sun rise. It’s also nice to know that you got out there and did your mileage while everyone was still sleeping.
I know that it will take some getting used to. I was a little slow on Tuesday morning. However, I was not trying to push myself too much since I didn’t know how it would effect the rest of my day. One run isn’t enough, however, to decide if it will be a permanent thing. I was just happy to get in a mid week run again after two weeks without them! This new job is taking some getting used to.

Thanks for welcoming me to the week day morning running. It wasn’t that bad yesterday. I’m planning on doing it again tomorrow!
Also, it’s awesome that you get that discount!

Thanks! It was peaceful.
Awesome job with the morning runs-it takes some getting used to but it’s a great natural boost to your day!
I usually head out for my Tues/Thurs runs by 645/650 so maybe I’ll see you one morning!
